Our beef animals are humanely raised with exceptional care and concern for their comfort-they are never given antibiotics or growth hormones-they are free to roam in a large pasture.
Our beef animals are fed a mixture of grain and hay [ we do not raise grass fed because our pasture is limited ]
The quality of our meat when processed is rated as PRIME - the best you can buy - it has a good amount of fat or marbleing which makes it very tender and flavorful.
At this time we sell whole-half or quarters usually available in the spring and fall.
